GH Tech Bridge

The GH Tech Bridge Project provides the Bureau for Global Health (GH), Regional Bureaus, and Missions with ready access to high quality, external technical expertise to design, support, and evaluate programs contributing to the achievement of U.S. Government (USG) Global Health Initiative (GHI) targets. Details follow:

  • The GH Tech Bridge project I-IV were short-term contracts awarded to Development & Training Services, Inc. (dTS) that were issued sequentially over a period starting December 23, 2011 through March 21, 2014.
  • GH Tech Bridge is led by Camille Hart, Project Director (chart@onlinedts.com; tel +1-202-349-3884), and Barry Silverman, Deputy Director & Evaluation Advisor (bsilverman@onlinedts.com; tel +1-202-349-3885).
  • The GH Bureau management team includes the following:  Kristin Saarlas, COR (ksaarlas@usaid.gov), and Jesse Wilson, Program Assistant (jeswilson@usaid.gov).

GH Tech Bridge Services and Consultants

GH Tech Bridge recruits and contracts with independent consultants with a wide range of skills and global health specialties, as well as knowledge of programs and policies. Some of these skills include maternal and child health, HIV/AIDS, family planning and reproductive health, tuberculosis, malaria, other infectious diseases, nutrition and health systems. Recruitment for consultants is ongoing. Our website contains information about registering for the consultant database and current consultant openings.
